Well I'm back in Edinburgh, but as of tomorrow morning I'm off once more. Got a friend come to visit from Canadia, so we're going on a 3-day bus tour that's going to take us about Scotland. And learn me all sorts of things about bits we've not seen. I have never packed so many granola bars in my life, but we do not plan to be paying for any more food than is absolutely necessary, especially as our booking at the very last minute means we're probably going to be staying in a hotel (albeit a fairly cheap one) instead of a hostel. So into my bag go the snackerals. So far we've made our way about town a little... yesterday we went up the Scott monument, and up arthur's seat. Today was... spectacularly lazy. We managed to sleep in ridiculously late and really all we accomplished was going to a coffee shop and booking this thing. Oh. And we watched a little macgyver because as everyone knows I must spread the macgyver love. Because it's so very wonderful. Only issue is just now that I can't sleep. I'm really very nearly considering doing some homework. In fact, I'm thinking of going into the kitchen and reading over some curricular documents, just because I know I should do. I realize this is completely appalling, but I'm starting to get a little nervy about deadlines, which can only be good, right? I mean, next week is going to be stressful enough, but if I'm stressed in advance then maybe I'll actually get something done! Think of the magic!
Yeah I don't know.
...
I'm nuts.
One last thing: I've gotten really behind on what books I've been reading, particularly because I went away, so I'm just going to post a whole list with brief reviews as soon as I'm back. There's a couple I read yesterday I think people would particularly like. Maggie this is meaning you, particularly. So yes. More details to follow.,
